A barrel pick experience at Casey Jones Distillery for up to 20 people.  Experience includes:  a private distillery tour with the master distiller, a private tasting of 3 specialty selections of KY straight bourbons, choice of 1 barrel to be bottled at a later date with an added private barrel pick label with your name or business  added to the bottle.  20 tickets to the Rotary Roast & Toast for dinner and fun after the barrel pick.  And your name or logo laser etched on a blank barrel head provided by Casey Jones and the Trophy House.  Barrel pick experience will be October 22, 2022 (the date of the Roast & Toast).  You will get all the bottled product and the barrel.  Must be 21, must make prior arrangements with Casey Jones Distillery.  Must have label discussion with distillery by Sept 15.

Bidding Closes: All lots will begin closing @ 8:30 PM on April 23RD, 2022

Payment & Pick Up Information: Payment and item pickup will be made at the Rotary Office during the 72nd Annual Rotary Auction April 18-23 from 5 PM - 10 PM, as well as the following week, April 25-29 11 AM - 6 PM.

Vendor vouchers for items to be picked up at the donor's place of business will be supplied by the Hopkinsville Rotary Club at time of payment.

Items are preferred to be picked up within 48 hours after notification to the high bidder to help clear space for new items.

Cash, Check or Credit Card methods of payment are accepted.

A message from the Hopkinsville Rotary Club:

Since 1950, due to the generous support of community donors, funds raised during the Hopkinsville Rotary Auction have provided over $11 million in student loans to local area students to further their post high school education. Most recently, the auction has also funded the Hopkinsville Community College Rotary Scholars Program, giving local high school graduates the opportunity to attend HCC tuition-free. Since 2012, 1,041 Rotary Scholars have been able to take part in this endeavor.

This year, as we simultaneously launch the newly-formed Hopkinsville Rotary Foundation, the 72nd Annual Rotary Auction carries a theme of "Building the Foundation."

Scheduled for April 18-23 at the War Memorial Building (1202 S. Virginia Street) in downtown Hopkinsville, this year's Rotary Auction plans to return with the usual diner, sweet shop and in-person viewing/bidding, AS WELL AS some new features that will be announced in the near future.

The Auction helps support the Rotary Scholars Program and other youth and education-based efforts in the community. The financial support of our donors not only makes a significant difference in the lives of Christian County students, but it also works to improve the overall quality of the available workforce.

Over the years, this annual auction has grown into the largest single fundraiser in all of Rotary International, so we hope you'll #BidHigh and #BidOften in April!
