Conduct of the Auction: The property will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sale price.
Acceptance of Bid Prices: All successful bidders will be required to enter into Purchase Agreements and sign electronically via DocuSign immediately following the close of the auction. Purchase Agreements are available for review prior to the auction.
Buyer's Premium: There will be a 7% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price.

Taxes: Applicable TN Sales tax applies unless an exemption certificate is provided before checkout.
Taxes: 2021 taxes will be prorated between Buyer(s) and Seller(s) at closing.
Online Bidder Registration: The online bidding registration deadline is 08/20/2021 at 5 PM. Online Bidding Registration form and Bank approval letter is required in order to place a bid. A form will be emailed to you through DocuSign to sign electronically once you request approval to bid in the auction.
Payment: Full payment of all items must be made prior to the removal of the items. In-person bidders are required to make payments promptly after all items are sold.
Pick Up Time & Location: All items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction on 08/21/2021. If buyer is unable to remove on auction day, all items purchased must be removed by 08/27/2021 with a date/time to be arranged with the seller. Anything left after that time will be considered abandoned property and will become property of the auction company. Buyer is responsible for all loading and disassembling of the purchased items. This is the ONLY time to pick up your items for this auction.
Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.
Date of Closing: The closing will take place on or before 45 days from the auction.
Possession: Possession will be given on or before 45 days from auction.
No Contingencies: This Real Estate contract is not contingent on or subject to Buyer’s financing, appraisal, survey or inspections of any kind or any other contingencies as agreed to by bidders at registration prior to bidding.
