Bolinger Appraisal was founded in 2008 by Benjamin R. Bolinger, MAI, ARA, who has over 18 years of appraisal experience. Our firm is one of the only firms in Kentucky that has an appraiser who is both designated by the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. All appraisers are state-licensed or certified, meet continuing education requirements, and have experience analyzing property throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Illinois.
