PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING IN ANY AUCTION. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, DO NOT BID. BY BIDDING IN THE AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ANY ITEMS WON DURING THE AUCTION UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Online Bidding:  Bidding Begins: 6/3/2026 @ 12:00 PM CST.

Bidding Closes: Lots begin closing 6/10/2025 @ 12:00 PM CST.

Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for 4 lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last five (5) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional five (5) minutes.

Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid and will be included in the total sales price.

Taxes: Applicable KY Sales tax applies unless an exemption certificate is provided before checkout.

Payment: Payments by ALL successful bidders can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (plus a 3% processing fee).  All successful online bidders will receive their invoices via email from Bolinger Real Estate and Auction at the conclusion of the auction and payments are due on receipt. Payments can be made when items are picked up during the designated pick-up time. If pickup arrangements are not made within 48 hours after the auction end time, then the credit card on file will be charged for the full invoice total plus the 3% processing fee.

Refunds: No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.
